HOW WE BRING OUR GYM TO LIFE

We have put a lot of thought into the design of our gym and worked with the leading professionals to capture what we want to simulate, you will find every climb possible from our flat wall, to our island and cave. We have centered our gym around the usability and worked very hard to make sure it is somewhere you want to hang, however, there is no use in having a great space without great climbing. This is where the route setting comes in!

 Why is route setting important?

At 1UP we like to let the creative juices flow. We provide a blank canvas, the best holds in the game, couple this with our talented route setters and give them the difficult but fun mission of putting together climbs at every level to not only spread the joy but challenge each climber simulating real rocks as best we can.

There is no “set” way to create the problem and that is where our in-house team of professional route setters come in. We get that climbers come in a variety of shapes and sizes all with different climbing capabilities, so rest assured whether you love a good crimp or are a dyno lover we have something just for you!
